Reeman Constructions is proud to have completed the renovation of the ground floor of the iconic Gloucester Soldiers Club. What was once a large, social space that included a Chinese restaurant. This area has now been transformed into a dynamic dining, bar, and entertainment space breathing new life into this much-loved historical venue, elevating the experience for club members and guests.
This project focused on creating a versatile space that seamlessly blends modern design and functionality whilst maintaining links to historical aesthetics. The space was completely rebuilt from the ground up, hosting many challenges that an 80+-year-old building would present. Inclusions were architecturally designed flooring, custom lighting, new poker machine room, architecturally enhanced ceiling, and upgraded ambulant facilities for easier access for patrons.
A special shoutout goes to Ben, our dedicated site supervisor, whose leadership ensured the smooth execution of the project. Ben, along with the entire Reeman Constructions team, worked tirelessly to deliver a space that truly meets the needs of the Gloucester Soldiers Club community.
We also want to extend a huge thank you to the amazing contractors who played key roles in bringing this project to life: A J Edden, AADEMEX, Alberi, Classic Ceramic, CCL, Coles Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Dazco Waterproofing, Duracube, G James, Hogans Plumbing, Jag Floors, Connect Electrical, North Coast Commercial Doors, SMP Fabrication, North Coast Fire and Security, Taree Upholsterer, Terra Australia, Viison, EJE Architecture and more. Your contributions were invaluable, and we couldn't have done it without you.
Whether enjoying a meal or attending one of the clubs events, visitors will now experience a fresh and inviting atmosphere, thanks to the hard work of our talented crew and the support of our fantastic contractors. Reeman Constructions is proud to be a part of this important transformation.
